Sri M.L.B.Sastry is well educated and he is in the field for more than fifteen years. He has traveled length and breadth of India including Andaman & Nicobar Islands for the study of Vaastu Sastra. He helped many people by giving vaastu plans for new constructions such as residential buildings, commercial buildings, industrial units, and offered remedies for existing flats, houses, commercial buildings, industries etc and saved many families from their troubles. With a view to propagate the science and reach the subject to common man he has been contributing articles on vaastu in various magazines since 2003.

He has participated in various national and international seminars in astrology and vaastu. He is the honorable vaastu faculty member at “Indian Council of Astrological Sciences”(ICAS), Vizag Chapter.

He authored one book “Adunika Gruha Vaastu” (Telugu) and few books are yet to be published. He is one among very few vaastu experts world wide, who are using highly scientific equipment “Universal Scanner” invented by an Indian Scientist for identifying Geo-pathic stress, Spirit souls, IR&UV Radiations, energy fields, energies of pooja yantra’s etc.
